Imbued with a refreshingly conversational tone, the text's message is still paramount: the world has been turned topsy-turvy, and to restore balance, the Lightworkers must come together to heal and realign.

Throughout the work, Rizzo effectively breaks down complex topics into easily digestible pieces, relaying the messages she receives from her guides to the masses. For Rizzo, her narrative is spectacular, especially how she manifests her presence at a retreat in Mt. Dora, Florida, an experience that was unquestionably life-changing, yet one that was also on the improbable side of ever materializing. Lacking the necessary resources, financial and otherwise, she truly embraced the "if not now, when" attitude and surrendered unconditionally, holding the universe accountable to ensure she reached her destination.

From identifying blocks to deciphering the chaos that ensues in the brain, the author uses a daily regimen of going within to gain the answers and visions that are on the other end of "vibrational alignment." In fact, as a way to better her relationship with food, she is reframing limiting beliefs, such as not being enough for something that works for her. It is this same effort and outcome that she seeks for her audience, so they, too, can work through what may seem like indomitable challenges. At its core, the book provides countless tools like mindfulness, accepting the thoughts that enter the mind (without acting on them), and the power of laughter to counter the universal outcry of "why me" when adversity strikes.
