Visitation: An Intensely Personal Narrative

"The Bible is replete with accounts that in a modern context would surely be attributed to UFOs."

When considering the potential for alien visitation or UFO sightings, many people would lump these phenomena into either fictional or occult status. Yet in this nonfictional, measured account of his own personal experiences, the author of this book reveals how his encounter with an unidentified flying object mysteriously pushed him from a secular life to one of faith. Studying scripture with intense focus, he not only came to understand many of the events in the Bible to have ties to extraterrestrial experiences but also had surprising realizations about the feminine nature of the Holy Spirit and a solution for Jesus’s feeding of the masses with only scant amounts of both fish and loaves of bread. Taking passages from Genesis all the way to Revelation and then combining them with a modern understanding of the typical UFO sighting, things that seemed to be lacking context or explanation suddenly seemed clearer to the author.

Despite the certainly eye-grabbing potential of a book that intends to draw a clear connection between biblical events, Christianity, and UFO sightings and reports, there is a surprising amount of topical breadth to this book. In addition to chapters that touch on individual subjects, the book is divided into eight distinct parts (with included appendices as well) that follow larger thoughts, allowing ideas to grow and be built upon without overwhelming readers with too much information at once. The personal accounts and recollections add a more human touch to the text that invites the audience along to share the excitement of these ideas and give them ample consideration. Any reader who is willing to accept something beyond dogmatic tradition and look for alternate understandings of long-held truths will find much to think about here.
