"Imagine your body and mind as a bank where you deposit and withdraw health and vitality instead of money."

At a time when society is deeply rooted in the 3D material mindset, Kalafatis’ guide provides incredible insight into the tools and pathways available to reach the fifth-dimensional realm to our highest selves. The work revolves around vibrations and energy fields, focusing on concepts like chakras and meridians while drawing on yogic and Ayurvedic principles. Interestingly, Princess Wildflower, her spirit guide, appears to Kalafatis in a dream when the odds seem to be heavily stacked against her, spearheading her journey toward living life at her highest frequency.

In the midst of her failing health, medical professionals seem perplexed. They fear the worst, not ruling out an autoimmune disease or cancer. Yet, while watching Spider-man in the movie theaters with her family, the author first hears from her spirit guide: “It’s the copper in your I.U.D.” Until then, not a single professional had even fathomed that the problem could be the birth control device. While the author’s physical health markedly improved, the inner spirit is what began to heal, with layers of 3D unraveling and her journey to embracing her highest self commencing.

While there are countless books that teach and guide audiences on chakras and vibrations, few deliver a narrative, storytelling experience as poignant as this, one that readers can connect to while still gaining the same practical exercises to implement the teachings into their own daily lifestyle. Referencing the hero's journey on numerous occasions, Kalafatis appears to have a strong understanding of the Campbellian arc, especially when it comes to heeding her guide, Princess Wildflower. Even more intriguing is the text’s natural integration of not just Vedic culture but also Egyptian culture, among others, to drive home the need for equilibrium and harmony within one’s self on a mental, physical, emotional, and ultimately spiritual level. After all, restoring that balance at its root is essentially the fabric of nirvana that the Buddha experienced and the world’s most prominent mystics and gurus strive for.

Whether Kalafatis references Egyptian myths of Isis and Osiris or Greek mythology with Athena and Arachne, she focuses on the connection with the divine. In her work, that connection isn’t made through the traditional institutions of faith. On the contrary, it is through a deeper understanding of one’s self, the different chakras that open vibration fields, the meridians that expose channels, and even crystals that harness energy themselves and can further elevate the potency of the elements, particularly water.

Throughout the book, the author does an incredible job of explaining various currencies, from one’s thought and belief currency to nature and emotional currency, among many others. Despite the ideas themselves being complex, they are presented in a manner that the layman can understand and perhaps even desire to learn more from as a result. Central to the work, though, is a determination to equip readers with the tools to unlock the massive and innate potential of human consciousness.

Kalafatis explores each of the chakras with their corresponding planets and how readers can tap into them as energy fields. At the same time, she also devotes multiple sections of the book to hands-on, directly applicable exercises like in-flow journaling, how to express the art of manifestation, and setting intentions while living in gratitude. Without question, Kalafatis leaves no stone unturned in delivering a spiritually enriching and entertaining experience that possesses the potential to spark a curiosity for the 5D life.
