This book updates common misconceptions, like that the truth about humanity is only observable and measurable or, on the other hand, that truth is to be taken on faith alone. Pain isn’t real and unavoidable. Rather, it is something within a person’s means to change. To arrive at this conclusion, the book explains human origin in Mina and the twins, Mike and Molly, as well as defines existence in terms of energy, emergence, and reality, among other terms. People are physio-spiritual. Through awareness, one can heal the corrupted, acquired belief that one is any less than All Existence.
The book’s density of information is organized in outline form. Concepts are broken down into bite-sized chunks in a linear progression for easy digestion. The use of different font types and sizes renders the vocabulary memorable. Although thorough, the book builds on the author’s previous book about similar material, referenced frequently in the text. This volume is more practical, while the former details the author’s introduction to Mina’s true picture of reality.
With a complete index, the book serves as a manual for healing oneself and others. The format facilitates the information’s absorption, but analogies—such as computers, movies, caterpillars, and bells—help it synthesize. The author says little about his own experience. However, testimonies at the end of the book show its knowledge applied. The personal accounts are convincing and, due to the preceding text’s plethora of jargon, easier to read. Healing is the book’s goal. Many self-help guides of a similar vein start with what’s wrong (pain). This book begins with the fact that readers are well. The book shows how to access the health and wholeness within reach. Its tenor is affirming and encouraging.
