"You're gonna have to kill him. You do know that, too, don't you?"
When prominent divorce lawyer Jason Justice is persuaded to investigate an alleged suicide, he finds himself in an intricate web of deceit that leads to one dangerous situation after another. Amy Kelly, daughter of the victim, is certain that her stepfather murdered her mother, made it look like a suicide, and took her for the millions that she was worth. Zeta's CRY FOR JUSTICE gets more exciting with every plot twist and is simply irresistible; the audience will keep turning the pages until they reach the shocking finale.
Though the book is well written and features a fast-moving plot, the dynamic characters, led by the battle between protagonist Jason Justice and the ever-evolving, multiple personality Stefan Baumann clearly steal the show. Justice is bold and fearless while Baumann, part of an international CIA protection program, is cunning and ruthless—the perfect protagonist meets the seemingly invincible antagonist.
Stefan Baumann is the ultimate robber: He steals the hearts of women and convinces them to sign over the power of attorney with baseless promises of increased wealth. What's worse is that he knows how to clean up after himself. In fact, he goes by several different names, and is very particular about his targets: They are filthy rich.
Baumann takes Jason Justice on a wild goose chase from the beautiful beaches of Florida to the exotic islands of the Caribbean. Meanwhile, there is a slight hint of a brewing romance between Justice and stunning beauty, Mackenzie, a friend of the Kelly family. Unfortunately, Justice has a history of beautiful girlfriends, and an even longer history of commitment issues.
Will Jason, with the help of Sammy, his astute detective friend, succeed in unveiling Stefan Baumann's true colors and end Baumann's brutal predation on innocent women? Cry for Justice is a gratifying mystery that will leave readers in awe.
