"What is the day of the Lord? That is the answer to the rapture question."
Here Till the End:
The Case for the Post-tribulation Rapture Position:
Exposing the Pre-tribulation Rapture Position by Scott A. Wheeler R.T. (R) (MR) (CT) Trafford Publishing
book review by Omar Figueras
"What is the day of the Lord? That is the answer to the rapture question."
Part light biblical textbook and part religious theory reference guide, Here Till the End: The Case for the Post-tribulation Rapture Position: Exposing the Pre-tribulation Rapture Position is brief, slim, and quick read, but its material is quite dense and weighty. Although the book's content is thick and cumbersome, Wheeler's approach to explaining his theory on The Rapture is easy and accessible for the novice to the subject matter. Wheeler's book reads as though the author was delivering you a personal lecture. His non-condescending, almost sociable attitude toward a subject so grim makes Wheeler’s book as entertaining as it is informative. The author has a command of his subject matter, but he balances his vast knowledge with a laid-back, welcoming voice and tone. The author establishes theories and delineates possible timelines for the unfolding of The Rapture, which he believes will ensue within our lifetime.
Well written, argued, documented, and researched, Wheeler's book has a sharp and well-informed point of view. The author defines the various perspectives of The Rapture, then makes his commentaries and places summaries at the end of each chapter for quick and easy reference. Boxes and charts also accompany the text as well as key information and biblical quotes which accent and elucidate each passage.
For the religious reader and the eschatological buff who enjoy an end-of-the-world perspective, but can step back and appreciate a clinical and non-sensational explanation of The Rapture, Here Till the End is a good choice to have as a reference on your shelf.
