A quick and easy read of 112 pages with plenty of practical exercises, the beginning two chapters discusses the Indigo child, who some believe have special characteristics including spiritual development. The rest of the book examines problems and solutions for Indigos as well as their special abilities, including ways to grow personally and spiritually. Other chapters relate to psychic abilities, messengers, guides, and synchronicity; following your passion as an Indigo; and manifesting desires such as utilizing visualization, meditation, and spiritual practices. The last chapters focus on emotions and empathy; psychic training; raising Indigo kids; and intention, identity, and "The Core Equation" regarding mind/body/spirit/true self.

Indigo children have been studied, somewhat controversially, in the past few decades, and this book relates the authors' own beliefs, experiences, and practices regarding being Indigos. This book is written by adult Indigos for adult Indigos, although the techniques can be taught to children and understood by adolescents. It primarily explores the transpersonal/spiritual aspects of Indigo characteristics, with valuable healing techniques to expand upon the development of these individuals. It can also be read by anyone wanting to learn practices to increase spiritual connections. The chapter on the test to see if you're an Indigo is interesting, although broad-based and not research-based. The book would have benefited by offering more discussion about the characteristics of Indigos as well as further information regarding the Law of Attraction. However, the various techniques are the most valuable part of the book and practices that Indigos and others on a spiritual path will find beneficial. The book can also be an adjunct practice guide to other books that delve further into the other characteristics of Indigo children.
