"There is no true religion, for if that were so, then God would only favor one and not the other. God does not serve religion; religion serves God."

"There is no true religion, for if that were so, then God would only favor one and not the other. God does not serve religion; religion serves God."
Jesus wrote this book. Or more precisely, Dr. Priest transcribed what Jesus channeled through Rev. Williams. Before scoffing, remember that channeling is a respected method of obtaining spiritual wisdom, as shown by Edgar Cayce, Alice A. Baily, Jane Roberts and, more recently, J.Z. Knight and James Van Praagh.
Whether or not you believe in the medium of channeling, the authors' message about human origin and our destiny fascinates and inspires. Jesus explains in plain, simple English about Gods, Creation, how the Universe was peopled, the origin of moral codes, and the future of Man. We learn why we have free will and how it makes us choose to suffer. We're taught meditations to dissolve the ego and neutralize pain. And pet owners will adore chapter ten. Highlights are cogent summaries of the way chakras and glands are connected to the energy fields and easy explanations of the subtle body, karma, and the power of vibrations. With thousands of physicians and physicists exploring the field of energy healing today, sections on the vibratory hazards of discord and the healing vibrational powers of love cannot be ignored.
Through the authors, Jesus says, "My desire in telling this story is that you take me off the pedestal and allow me into your hearts" by embracing the God within. Though you may not believe that Jesus was once a dolphin and we are humanized Creator Gods striving for the fifth dimension, it's hard to dispute that love is the highest power of Man.
