Mind Process and Formulas by Ken Brown Trafford Publishing
book review by Caroline Blaha-Black
"Let's emphasize about how your life is in your own hands. It's your life, and so it should be you who chooses and decides the kind of life you want to live."
Ken Brown points the reader in the direction of success, money, and happiness with his manual on how to live better and be more prosperous in life. The book is full of straightforward advice on how to be successful, stay healthy, think positively, and how to improve your monetary situation in general. There is also a small chapter on the basics of business at the back of the book, and how to succeed in today's fast-paced, globalized economy. The author also touches on the spiritual side of things, as he talks about free will and positive vibrations that one can attract that will help them in their endeavors, and how staying poor should never be an option. Brown points out that education is key to improve one's life situation, and that people should always strive to learn new skills. He also stresses that money will not buy happiness, but it can be used to improve one's life considerably. Perhaps because English is not the author's native language, the text contains incorrect tenses, misspellings, and challenging punctuation. At times, the author repeats advice to the reader, which slows down the text. Finally, there is only a short bibliography present at the end of the book, when it would benefit more from a thorough list of cited works. All in all, this is a good book for those who are interested in personal enlightenment and how to improve their life in general.
