You're Not Crazy, You're Awakening is the story of author Rev. Dr. Edwige Bingue's personal journey to awakening that started at an early age. What began as visitations by spirit beings quickly escalated into revealing past life regressions, incredible lucid dreams, and other unexpected occurrences that allowed her to release negative energy and heal old spiritual wounds. With the help of her spirit guides on the other side of the veil, she developed a deeper understanding of her true life's purpose and her calling to work as a spiritual life coach and healer. It was through her awakening experience that she developed a variety of meditations, tools, and practices included in this book to assist others on the path to enlightenment.
Bingue does a magnificent job of sharing her wisdom and insight with confidence, while still leaving room for readers to experience their own personal journey to awakening. Though she uses a variety of her own seemingly paranormal experiences as examples of what may occur, she reminds readers that everyone's path is unique and the tools and practices she has included are not meant to be a formula for enlightenment. This book is but one powerful example of what can happen when you listen to your intuition and open your heart to experiencing life with purpose. This short, yet compelling book has something for everyone and is perfect for readers just beginning their journey to enlightenment or those who are well on their way to living an awakened life.
